My Generative Fill dosent work.

Whenever I want to use the Generative Fill function, it loads for one second and then says it's not valid. I have tried typing something in the text field, reinstalling the software, resetting everything, shutting down Windows, and starting it again. Nothing worked and I am at a loss. The normal AI features work, but not the fill option.

 

(Ps (V 25.9.1) and Ps Beta (V 25.12)
The Error text:

The parameters for the "Generative Fill" command are currently not valid.


I run on Windows 11
Amd cpu and gpu
32 gb ram

@Oliver386997360gjg check your firewall/Windows Defender settings to make sure Adobe, Firefly and Photoshop are listed and allowed.

    Thank you for trying to help! I tried what you said, but it worked (if I got it right). I also tried disabling the firewall completely and Windows Defender in general (I don't have any other Aintivirus programs).

     

    The normal AI features work, just not the generative stuffing when expanding photos. Every PC on the network doesn't have this problem and doesn't know why mine suddenly breaks.
