Question

My move tool looks like a paint brush tool. I've tried resetting all the tools but that didn't help. I'm using CS2

The move tool is no longer an arrow. It looks like a paint tool.

    The “Triple Cursor” has to do with the Windows OS Scaling settings like explained in this Adobe KB:

    (windows 10 and 11 have a different name for it) (right click on your desktop, click Display settings and look under Scale & Layout)

    Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

    ... Adobe doesn’t let me update Photoshop cs2

    Adobe has stop supporting Photoshop CS2 many years ago. You don’t get updates and support.

    Photoshop war released 20 years ago and isn’t really compatible with newer hardware and software (like operating systems, drivers etc.).

    Check the solutions that @Jeff Arola and @Peru Bob posted. If this doesn’t help you can also try to reset the prefrences.

    But DON’T try to reinstall Photoshop. You can’t deactivate and reactivate your installation. The appropriate Adobe server are cut off and no more available.

    @tasetliff

    When did this start, and did you do any updates recently?

    What is your operating system and version?
