@Katherina26719036qqqv Photoshop CS6 was not a subscription product. It was a perpetual license, meaning you paid once and could continue using it, although Adobe ended mainstream support for CS6 in 2014.

The message you're seeing is often caused by macOS, not your Adobe license. Newer versions of macOS can no longer run some older applications because they rely on technologies that are no longer supported. For example, my older 2013 MacBook Pro was limited in which Photoshop versions it could run, while my newer Apple Silicon MacBook Pro runs the latest release without issue. Compatibility depends on both the Mac hardware and the macOS version.

If you're currently paying Adobe on a yearly plan, what exactly are you paying for? CS6 itself cannot be converted into a Creative Cloud subscription. You may have a separate Creative Cloud plan associated with your Adobe account.

To help narrow down the issue, we'd need to know, which version of macOS you're using, the model and year of your Mac and whether you're trying to run Photoshop CS6 or a newer Creative Cloud version of Photoshop on your Mac.

If you do have a Creative Cloud subscription, you can install a current version of Photoshop that's compatible with your Mac and macOS. If not, it just means you need to upgrade to a newer Mac.
