My Photoshop keeps automatically closing whenever I try to open it.

Same issue opens and then closes seconds after opening it , have not used the software serval months, that is it. Also have done all the restarting the computer and making sure windows is updated.  other than that it not my system that causing the issue, other applications of the same type are working normally 

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.
