Question

My photoshop keeps saying to many users logged in but I’m the only one and I keep ending all sessions and it still doesn’t work

End all sessions does not work my Photoshop does not open because to many users logged in it says but I’m literally the only one logged in 🤦🏽‍♂️

@resourceful_face33b1 in addition in what @Sameer K suggested, you could do the following on Adobe.com (https://account.adobe.com/security) where you can end sessions. I would end every single session as shown. Actually, speaking from experience, I have kicked sessions when I don’t recognize the user (granted, that’s when I realize I kicked my wife off my PC!)

Also, verify under users: https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices if you are indeed only user using it. You can have it installed on two devices. One is my PC, and one is my MAC

Hey, @resourceful_face33b1. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Depending on the operating system & report back with what you find:

1- In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.

2- Windows - Press Windows + R to open the Run Window. Type in %temp% and delete files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.

3- Restart the computer. Sign in to Creative Cloud again & check if the issue exists.

    For macOS, try this:

    • Press CMD + OPT + T (macOS) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter in the Creative Cloud app. Select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.

    • Go to Activity Monitor and force stop any other Adobe-related processes. The process called 'Adobe IPC Broker' must be closed after all the other tasks are closed.

    • Now use Spotlight Search & search for Keychain on the macOS.

    • Clear out any certificates & signatures for Adobe.

    • Restart the Mac machine.

    • Sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app again.

Let us know if the error persists.
    Thanks!
