My Photoshop subscription payment failed

Question

My Photoshop subscription payment failed because my TrueMoney Wallet didn't have enough balance. I have already added enough money. I tried to update the payment method with the same TrueMoney Wallet, but Adobe still shows a payment failure. I need help retrying the outstanding payment of THB 350.96. How can I fix it?
