My Photoshop (version 26.1.1) won’t start. I’ve tried everything

My Photoshop (version 26.1.1) won’t start on Windows. I’ve tried everything, reinstalling, installing older versions, updating drivers and Windows, etc. But nothing works. I really need help!

Did Photoshop close normally the last time it worked?
