Não consigo acessar as opções do texto quando clico com o botão direito do mouse

Olá pessoal,estou tentando acessar as opções que geralmente aparece quando clico com o botão direito do mouse com o texto selecionado,porém a única coisa que aparece são (Camada 0,isolar camadas),o que pode estar acontecendo ?

ATUALIZAÇÃO: EU TINHA QUE TER CLICADO O CTRL + T

As Bojan mentioned, use the Type tool, not the Move tool.

    Which tool was active when you clicked? What you are describing seems like right-clicking above text with Move tool active, without any text selected.

      When you highlight text and right-click, the image below is what should appear. You shouldnt need Ctrl-T
