Não consigo usar nada no Photoshop,aparenta estar congelado

Olá,está colocando umas coisas no Photoshop e do nada não consigo sair da seleção e fazer nenhuma outra ação,porém a parte da régua fica mexendo conforme eu mexo o mouse,como faço para encerrar o programa no gerenciador de tarefas ? O que devo procurar ?

1. Resetting the selection tool: Select the Selection tool, right-click (Win) / Control-click (Mac) on the Tool Presets icon (in the Options panel) and select Reset Tool from the menu.

2. Update Photoshop: Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Photoshop.

3. Update your drivers: Keeping your drivers up to date is important for optimizing performance.

4. Disable GPU: Consider turning off GPU acceleration under Preferences > Performance if the issue persists. If this is the case, let me know, and we can investigate further.
