For context i got an adobe account with creative cloud access, but when i try to open photoshop (I checked and my subscription includes photoshop) which i installed, it says that it needs to close and says error 205, i already contaced support but they did some things on my computer for like 30 minutes and they couldn't solve it. I already tried logging out and in on the cc desktop app, and it didn't help me. I also tried to delete the adobe things on my certificate manager, and still no help. I reinstalled the desktop app and photoshop like 5 times, can anyone help me, please? I also added a screenshot of the error.

@jakub_6670

I've moved your post from Using the Community to the Photoshop forum.

Try the steps here for Error 205 and let us know how it goes:

You might try Adobe Customer Care, as they can look at your computer. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.
