Need help with data error when opening .psd file

I receive a .psd to edit but the preview of it (in Dropbox, in Lightroom) is different with the result in Photoshop as below.

I think my PTS has lossing some layers when open the file but there isn't any notifcation. Did anyone be in the same situation? How to fix this?
