need help with templates

Hey, as a relatively new user to Adobe Photoshop, i'm seeing if there are any options built into photoshop that will help me make templates for Custom MTG cards that I want to make for my private group. I know there are a few sites that can do it already without needing any special template, but I want to have full control over the cards. If there are any YouTube videos that you guys suggest as well, I would be thrilled to learn more.

Since I'm unable to update the post, I forgot to add about standard sizes with bleed areas and saving a master file.

You can now explore Adobe Express templates from within Photoshop and retain complete editing control over the project in Photoshop: https://adobe.ly/4oCmCFW

You may not be able to acquire a printable template, but it'll help you create faster and add the bleed margins in Photoshop later.
