Need offline installer for Photoshop 2024 (v25) on macOS Ventura.

Photoshop 2025 (ps ver 26.11.8) is compatible with macOS Ventura 13.7.8

In order to see that version listed in Other versions you need to run the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application that is installed on your Mac, not the online version.

Then you should see a variety of Photoshop versions under Other versions including 26.11.8

Although you can install Photoshop 2026 (ps ver 27.11) it won’t run after install, however, it can be installed so it runs, but it’s a convoluted process, so i would just stick with Photoshop 2025 (ps ver 26.11.8)

Adobe no longer publish offline links. The versions available are the current and previous major versions, currently v27.x and v 26.x

According to Adobe’s help article, linked below, Photoshop v26 should be compatible with macOS v13.x
