Need to Install Adobe applicatioon 2022 or 2023 version

Dear Adobe Support Team,

Hello,

I recently reinstalled Windows on my laptop and installed Creative Cloud again. However, over the past few years, Photoshop and other Adobe applications have been upgraded significantly, and the current versions are unfortunately no longer compatible with my laptop's specifications.

I desperately need to use Photoshop right now, so I would like to install an older version, preferably Photoshop 2022 or 2023.

According to Adobe's official instructions, previous versions should be available through Creative Cloud.

However, the option to install previous versions does not appear in my Creative Cloud application at all.

 

I have tried looking everywhere, but I simply cannot find the previous-version installation option. This is extremely frustrating because I urgently need Photoshop for my work.

My laptop has relatively low specifications, and unfortunately, I cannot upgrade it to Windows 11 either. The latest version of Photoshop is simply not a viable option for my system.

 

Please, I sincerely ask you to help me install Photoshop 2022 or 2023. If the previous-version option has been removed or is unavailable from my Creative Cloud account, please provide me with an official way to install a compatible version.

I urgently need access to Photoshop, and I would be extremely grateful if you could make an exception or provide a direct solution.

Please help me. I really need to use Photoshop as soon as possible.

    I appreciate your long-term use of our services, and I apologize for any problems you have encountered using your subscription with your current computer.

     

    Since you've maintained an active Creative Cloud subscription since 2024, you may still be able to access some previous versions of Creative Cloud applications through the Creative Cloud desktop app. We only make a limited number of prior versions available, and applications from 2022 or 2023 will no longer be offered for download in 2026.

    If you require an older version to be compatible with school coursework or institutional systems, check whether your school provides a Creative Cloud subscription. Education plans often offer significant discounts and, in some cases, provide access to application versions that better align with school requirements.
