Neural Filter Presets Don't Show

I cannot get my Neural Filters presets.  I am running Photoshop 2025 Version 26.11.0 on a MacBook running Sequoia 15.6.1.  I can click on Filters > Neural Filters.  I have successfully downloaded the Landscape Mixer.  I have a fully populated filter directory folder …/PHSP/26/internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery/ which includes landscape and preset directories amongst others.  I have erased this directory structure and re-downloaded  the filter 3 times.  When I choose Landscape Mixer and then activate the button there are no presets, simply a large blank black panel.  I have logged out of Creative Cloud and all Adobe Apps and successfully logged back in 3 times.  When I launch Photoshop I show as logged in.  My internet connection is fast and stable. Can anyone help me with why presets do not show in Neural Filters.

Try:

Photoshop 2025>Settings

In the Preferences dialog, General tab, click the middle right button, Reset Preferences on Quit. Click the OK button in response to the prompt, 'Are you sure you want to reset preferences when quitting Photoshop?'

Other folks may pipe in with other ways to reset.

Please verify if other neural filters are working.

Thank You for replying. The problem is across at least 3 filters I have tested just to see if this problem was solely Landscapes fault, but, it appears to be for all.  I am now concentrating on Landscape just to get it operational.  I have put off resetting preferences because I am not sure what I will lose going back to default, but I think this is my next try

I reset preferences and now presets show up so that was the trick.  Landscape mixer crashes now constantly BUT presets work so am calling this the correct answer and a partial success.  Now to go put some preferences back LoL.  Thanx much
