Neural filters can't be downloaded

Question

Hi!

Probably the million + user having this, but i can't seen to downoad the neural filters. If i click on it they stay grey. I've tried many solutions as well as looking here. Nothing works.

It's a bit frustrating.. this bug has been known for years i see, and no fix in an update..

Running photoshop 24 and 25 on macos sonoma 14.6.1

Lol, after this i got a network error. Maybe Adobe servers are just being bullies? 😉

Anyway, this is what i all tried:
- Reset PS preferences
- Reinstall PS
- Deleted 25 and 24 folder in UXP plugindata thing.
- Allowed all adobe connections
- Disabled Lulu
- Allowed Disk Acces for Adobe
- Replaced data in above folder with downloaded data

It just stays on the download button..

Nothing works...
