Neural Filters crashing.

imac 27" 2017, Photoshop keeps crashing whenever I select neural filters. Tried some basic suggested solutions but nothing seems to work. Same goes for PS Beta version. Anyone with the same issue?

It appears that you're commenting on an older post that may no longer be relevant to your specific issue or system. May I ask you to try turning your GPU off first (https://adobe.ly/4ia0yQJ) and see if that helps? If that doesn't help, could you please create a new post with all the relevant information for your specific System and Issue?

Please include the following information in your post:

1. System Info. You can find this by going to Help > System info. Copy and paste everything into a text file and share in the post.
2. Please also include any error messages or screenshots that might help us narrow the issue.

Hi @andreaf15671442 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
