Neural filters no longer appearing under filter menu?

Never had a problem with this before, neural filters no longer appears under the filter drop down? Was it moved somewhere else? The option is not blurred out, it just is not there anymore.

My simple fix: signed out and signed back in and then opened photoshop directly from adobe creative cloud interface - now the neural filters appear.

Opening Photoshop from Creative Cloud will ensure that you have the correct version of Photoshop open, so that works in a round-about way.

The first thing to check is to see if you have more than one version of Photoshop installed and if you accidentally opened an older version which does not have Neural Filters.

macOS: Photoshop > About Photoshop.
Windows: Help > About Photoshop.
