Installed TWAIN devices: NONE

It only happens with the neutral filters! None of the options are available althogh the face shows in the box to the right! I have tried several different images! All the other options / tools work fine. 

I have loaded the Beta version and downloaded the skin smoothing neutral  filter and it works, so at least I can now edit images, and the problem I have seems to be restricted to my non Beta version.

Many thanks for your prompt resonse and as soon as I can I will try deleting and downloading the neutral filters on the non beta version.
