New Adjust color menu missing in contexual toolbar

This option sounds interesting, but it doesn't appear, as promised, in my Contexual Toolbar, no matter how many times I open and close photoshop. It's set for RGB and I have the latest 26.0 edition. I click a pixel layer as instructructed. Any suggestions?

You need to update to Photoshop 2025 (ps ver 26.6) by going to Help>Updates from within Photoshop.

Thanks so much. Now have the new features. Creative cloud was confusing leading me to believe I had the latest update.

If in Photoshop you go to Help>System Info what does the top line Adobe Photoshop Version say?
