I'm buying a 2019 Macbook pro.  For Photoshop full performance which graphics driver should I chose?

A 13 inch with a Intel Iris Plus 655?

Or a 15 inch with a 2.9ghz 6 core I9 processor and a radeon pro Vega 20 with 4gb hbm2 memory?

Or a lesser processor and a lesser Vega?

    A dedicated graphics card like the Radeon is preferred over the integrated intel cards.

    If you can afford it, get the best and futureproof.

    The "graphics driver" is a program NOT hardware. What you are trying to choose between is "graphics cards" or "GPUs".

    The graphics driver for Windows users is something you download from Microsoft or the GPU maker, and can try to fix bugs. Mac users are stuck with the graphics drivers that Apple put in macOS, and cannot upgrade them separately.
