New Pantone colors for 2019

Just did a quick (not really quick) scan of the new v4 Pantone Solid Coated and Uncoated color book files announced by Pantone today.

Luckily they're consecutive: 4001 - 4294

Unfortunately they're not in any logical order in the books. (The books are ordered by hue.)

Also: Pantone appears to be dropping the "+" from their branding. 

V3 is PANTONE+Solid Coated-V3.acb; v4 is PANTONE Solid Coated-V4.acb.

If you have multiple acb versions installed, it appears to default to the v4 when choosing from the picker — even if you've defined the colors with earlier books.

I've not tested if the v4 books are compatible with the v2 or earlier Pantone+ book files. (I removed the v2 when we discovered incompatibility with the v3.)         Issue using Pantone V3 color book library files
