No installation is displayed after running the installer

Hello, I have a problem installing Photoshop. When I run the installer, even as an administrator, the installer is not displayed and I cannot continue the installation. What should I do about it?

@serhii_tiger installation runs via the Creative Cloud app, not an individual install package.

@serhii_tiger you failed to mention which version of Photoshop, if you're referring to the CC version you need to install the Creative Cloud app first, sign in with Adobe account and install it from there
