Library is not showing up after new Ps update. help please!

What version of macOS do you have?

What version was Photoshop updated to?

You can see the version from within Photoshop under Help>System Info and looking

at the top line Adobe Photoshop Version

Looks like Adobe is changing some stuff in the Libraries panel like rearranging assets into

folders, so hopefully in a day or so things will be back to normal.
