Non-standard screen resolution

Photoshop doesn't care what the screen resolution is.

Image pixels are just mapped to screen pixels according to the zoom ratio. At 100%, one image pixel is represented by exactly one physical screen pixel. At 50%, four image pixels are resampled down to one screen pixel. And so on.

The Photoshop interface is totally independent from the image. It is scaled according to the scaling factor you set in Windows. I don't know the physical size of this screen, but with 1600 pixels high, you may need to increase the Windows scaling factor a bit, maybe up to 150 or 200%, to be able to see the interface elements properly. Just pick whatever is comfortable. This Windows scaling will not affect the image window, only the interface (along with every other application).
