Not working factory assigned shortcut keys

What is the wrong with my Ps? Factory Assigned Shortcut Keys are not working. For examples

Ctrl+S

Ctrl+0

Ctrl+N

So far I have found above frequently used keys only. There may be much more. I have latest version of Ps.

How to fix above problem?
