Notarize Legacy Plugins

I'm running the latest version of PS under macOS Monterey 12.7.4 and I need to notarize a legacy plugin toolkit from Pixel Genuis. I found an Adobe help page that talks about doing this under Catalina with a version of PS from 2019, but I can't figure out the correct terminal sudo command for the current version. Can anyone help me with the correct command for the current version of PS?

Thank you for any help provided.

Thank you, Jeff! The advice by TheDigitalDog solved my issue. I've bookmarked that page for future reference...just in case I need it, again. My MacBook Pro has an Intel processor.

Does your Mac have an Intel or Apple Silicon processor?
