Numerous failed ACC upload attempts.

Hi,

A few days ago I was unable to access the Photoshop on my laptop.

Following online Adobe advise I removed my ACC & have been trying to upload a new version, many many times without success for various reasons. Error code 50, Relaunch, missing or damaged etc etc. Even the suggested link "www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp" isn't successful.

All help gratefully received.

If you tried the four steps for Error Code 50, then you might uninstall first, then use the cleaner tool.

 

Another option is to contact Adobe Customer Care via Chat. They can log into your computer. Type "agent" to get a human.

 

Do not reply to PMs purporting to be Adobe.

Try usinjg the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and then reinstal
