Object Selection Tool Throws Error When Selecting It And Photoshop Closes

Buy a ryzen 9950x PC, with an rtx Quadro 4000, when opening Photoshop and selecting the object selection tool, the popup appears that a problem occurred and must be closed, in Lightroom the same thing happens to me but when clicking on the mask menu, I can not find a solution, and remove the GPU from the configuration of Photoshop and lightroom, and remove the screen adapter from AMD, I have already installed several previous versions of both lightroom and Photoshop and follow the same problem, already disable the PBO, use the default configuration of the BIOS, update the BIOS, I did everything and nothing works for me, please help me.
