OCIO and Eizo ICC profile seem to be conflicting

I have noticed a rather odd bug while testing OCIO workflows in PS 26.8.1. I was able to confirm this by using an EXR that required color management and a baked-in look version in TIFF.

When viewing the files on my Eizo CG2700X and using the Eizo produced ICC profile (Built through color navigator 7) the OCIO EXR version had a contrast shift to the TIFF. Not really gamma shift but a more a contrast shift. And it's apparent on the whole UI.

Now when I move the PS window tto another screen the issue dissapears.

Also, I have noticed that at times the whole ui and iage would flicker when moving the mouse.
