Offline Use
I've read what Adobe has to say about offline use but they are ignoring their own rules. I go to inaccessable places to take pictures (I'm sure a lot of photographers do) but according to Adobe I have to check in with them (internet) every 24 hours or they shut down my Surface 7 tablet. Their dialoge window gave me the choice of finding an internet connection or do without my tablet for the rest of my trip. (when I start my tablet without an internet connection Adobe's dialogue window comes up even though I did not want to open an adobe product. If I hit "quit" it just restarts the computer and gives me the dialogue box again. I couldn't even uninstall adobe so I could use other programs. I finally started in protected mode and erased all Adobe program folders.)
Adobe insists that none of this is happenning and won't do anything to fix it. Has anyone here found a workaround for this problem? In spite of what Adobe says are Photoshop and Bridge now internet only? If I can't use these products offline they are of no use at all. Adobe has given me 60 days to figure this out.
