Oficial Thumbnail for windows 10/11

This is actually a quite curious story. It was a big issue way back around version 7.0, over 20 years ago, with Adobe insisting it was impossible to get PSD thumbnails to work properly because of a Windows problem, and Microsoft insisting it was an Adobe problem. Neither side would budge, and eventually it just died. No one has seemed interested in picking up the fight again. It has just sort of been quietly accepted ever since, that there would be no PSD thumbnails in Windows.

It seems very odd that such a minor detail should be absolutely impossible to work out, especially considering the far more complicated issues they have worked out.
