Opacity option not showing on Stamp tool bar

Hello everyone. 

Two of my photography students are unable to view the opacity changing option in the cloning stamp tool on their photoshop apps on their iPads. 
We have the 16.6 version of the iPads.

Please assist me or give me any suggestions you have.
