Open Cl unavailable problem in photoshop 25

Hi
i recently face with open cl unavilable error in photoshop. im using microsoft surface studio laptop with RTX 3050 Ti gpu. i have not this error before.

 

i have updated graphic driver but problem still remain. also i set the nvidia 3d setting to high performance for photoshop and sniffer to high performance but problem still did not solve. 

what should i do?

    You may also need to disable the integrated GPU completely.

     

    Dual GPUs will often conflict and it's a very common problem with laptops.

      @Yasin23150887jzfx most laptops have dual GPU's, both the dedicated and onboard, depending on the system board the onboard one will be either Intel or AMD, have you updated the driver for that.

      Do you use the Studio or Game Ready Nvidia driver, Adobe recommends the Studio version.

      When installing the Nvidia driver it's recommended to do a Custom (Advanced) install and then select Perform Clean Installation
