Hello,

While using the removal tool (I was painting small dusts to remove from the photo), Photoshop 27.0.0.25 crashes running under Windows 10 22H2

Windows report is attached to this message.

Hey, @Heruel. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've located the crash reports in your account & it is hitting one of issues that the team is aware of and is working on.

Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

Thanks!

Hello @Sameer K

Here are the asked information (attached file).

FYI I notice each time this crash of photoshop occurs, if I do not reboot the computer, it crash in turn with error code "Clock watchdog timeout". I tried to change XMP II protocol to XMP I in the bios, and it seems that I get less crashes of photoshop except this morning. For further test, I have totally deactivated XMP. I'll let you know if photoshop crashes again with this setting.

Thanks for the updates. I've shared the inputs with the team. Let me know how it goes after you've disabled the XMP profiles.

Are you using any other optimizations via the BIOS, such as undervolting, or overclocking the CPU, or GPU?

Thanks!
