Hi @pierre_scheys3552

Thanks for reaching out. To reconfirm, are you referring to the Generative Remove tool? If yes, could you please share a few more details like:

  • System info from Photoshop Help menu (Help > System Info  copy paste the details here)
  • What type of file are you working on (PSD, JPEG, PNG, TIFF)?
  • Is the layer you are working on a pixel layer, Smart Object, or adjustment layer?

A few basic checks you can try in the meantime:

  • Make sure you’re signed in to the Creative Cloud app.
  • Disable any VPN, proxy, or firewall temporarily and test again. Try a different network if possible.
  • Try rasterizing the layer (if it’s a Smart Object) and test.

Once you share the system info and results of these tests, we will be able to assist you further.

Regards,

Srishti

Hello Srishti Bali,
When I work with the delete tool on a DNG file that I opened from Camera Raw in Photoshop on a normal layer or on a copy of the background and I want to delete some hair, as soon as I start and it asks me to confirm my deletion, I get an error message from the program. This started after the last program update, and I have the same problem with the new beta version of Photoshop.
I never had this problem before, and I used this tool very frequently prior to that.
Best regards,
Pierre
