Partner models gone?

So, I buy an extra Firefly credit subscribtion. And the next day, partner models are gone from generative fill options. I'm in the middel of a project and each time I spend more money, I get less options. Not to forget I manually logged a pc off so I could work on my laptop and Adobe resets my account. For the second time in one month. I've been using Adobe for over 20 years, and the past couple of months they got me so angry and disapointed...

Correct answer stfklkl

Thanks for responding. I was a bit fed up with the recent changes forcefully controlling if I was the only user of my account. Resetting my account multiple times after I've been working for over a year to automate my workflow using a script u wrote to make photoshop do automated tasks.

In the middle of doing my regular photoshop of editing I rean out of credits, so started a firefly credit account, sorry don't remember the exact term. In the middle of doing this Photoshop had rest my account AGAIN closing all tabs without saving. I was furious! Somehow I started the regular version of Photoshop (not he Beta). In the regular version partner models are not available. In the BETA version, the partner models are available.

So not being clear headed at the time, a couple of days later I noticed the difference between the 2 versions of Photohop releases. Maybe somehow the person that responded to my post, also switched between the regular version and the Beta version?

I'm with you on that - as a longtime creative cloud subscriber it's dishearting as to how overly complex this platform has become - I can't even see the Context Aware Menu - or whatever it's called - that's supposed to pop up with the Partner models, just Magically in the middle of working on images, it decided to disappear after I accidentally closed Photoshop and it's nowhere to be found. I think maybe this software is just too complicated for me these days.

Hey, @cen3. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. If the points raised in the correct answer don't help, you can check the Window > Contextual Taskbar to bring back the floating menu.

Let me know if this helps. Thanks!

I tried that before I even posted - it wasn't there. - The whole platform has become unmanagable to use in today's world which saddens me greatly as a longtime user now realizing I can't use this stuff anymore and more importantly as a shareholder that has lost a fortune. Clearly I'm not the only one that feels this way, which is tragic - as someone that built their career on Macromedia and Adobe products... it feels like I can't manage working these tools in 2026.

Hi @stfklkl! Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about your issue. Could you please share a few more details about your problem, so that we can take a closer look at the situation? Please share details like:

- The version of your Photoshop application and the version of your operating system.

- When you say the option for partner models is gone, could you please explain with a screenshot if they're greyed out, or if you get an error when you try to use them?

- Please share your Adobe Email ID and a screenshot of the amount of credits showing in your account. You can send this to me privately.

For a quick fix, try logging out and then logging back in to the Creative Cloud application.

After you log in, please try refreshing the application: Make sure it's in the foreground, then press Ctrl + Alt + R.

Thanks a bunch!

I am having the same problem. The partner models are gone even though I had used them in the past.  Plenty of generative credits left. I tried logging out, and back in.  No help.  By gone I mean when you go to the contextual toolbar and click on the models it only shows the two adobe models, not the partner models
