Path Glitch 25.1

I can't select the first path made in the menu bar/side panel. When I try to select it the menu bar pings away. Weirdly for the second or third paths it works completely fine and if i drag the second path to the top then it also becomes unselectable and the first path becomes selectable. I had this issue in the last software update and tried updating photoshop to fix it but the issue remains the same.
