PC Not coping with later versions of Photoshop

in trying to install PS 23, Creative Cloud is reporting it is incompAtibke with my existing PC.

Before splashing out GBP1500 on a higher end PC I would be grateful if someone with a great deal more technical knowledge than me would confirm that this PC described here, will cope easily.

Here are the system requirements:

You can install an older version from Creative Cloud that will work with your computer. You can also turn off automatic updates.

Thanks Jane. I had to go back to a 2020 version which is not even listed as an option in CREATIVE cloud. Adobe sent me a link for it. It works but obviously lacks the features of later versions . I saw the recommended list previously and showed it to the PC shop who recommended the desktop model whose details I provided in my post.

If you purchase another computer, run the specs here first. At least you have a working version while you decide what to do about your computer.
