Hi @MB_Photography_Photo! So sorry for the delay in getting back to you, and thanks a ton for your patience.

We did receive your crash report — thank you for sending that in! The tricky part is that this crash seems to be unique; we haven’t seen any other reports quite like it, which suggests it might be something specific to your setup.

Let’s try a few things to help narrow it down:

1. Head to Photoshop > Preferences > Performance, uncheck “Use Graphics Processor”, and then restart Photoshop. If the issue goes away, it could point to a problem with your GPU.

2. Sometimes, problematic fonts can cause unexpected behavior. With Photoshop and the Creative Cloud app closed, navigate to: \Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop <version> then delete the CT Font Cache folder and empty your Recycle Bin. This will reset the font cache and create a fresh one the next time you launch Photoshop.

3. If you have antivirus software running, try disabling it briefly to see if performance improves. Some antivirus tools can interfere with Photoshop’s processes.

Let us know how it goes — we’re here to help and will keep digging until we get this sorted out!

Thanks again,
Alek

Hi @MB_Photography_Photo!
Welcome to the community—and I’m really sorry to hear you’re running into issues with Photoshop.

Just to clarify, are you experiencing crashes? If so, does the app freeze up completely, or do you see an error message when it happens?

When you get a chance, could you share your System Info with us? You can find it in Photoshop by going to Help > System Info. Just copy the details into a text file and attach it to your reply—or feel free to share it via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any file-sharing service you prefer.

Thanks so much!
Alek

Gracias @Aleke  !! Se queda congelado totalmente y bloquea el pc.

Hi @MB_Photography_Photo! Thanks for sharing your System Info—at first glance, nothing stands out as problematic, everything looks pretty normal.

Quick question: do you usually leave the prompt field blank? If so, could you try typing something in there to see if that changes the behavior at all?

Also, it might be worth testing if resetting your preferences helps. Just a heads-up—resetting will remove things like your brushes, workspaces, and other custom settings, so it’s a good idea to back them up first. Here’s how you can do that.

Let me know how it goes!
