Hey, Lisdexic -- I had trouble reproducing the vibrating end-segment of the Pen tool, until I stumbled across Path Options>Rubber Band (found under the gear icon). And -- yes, turning off Settings>Performance>Use Graphics Processor stopped the jitter. Now what. A bug? Where. Ps 2025, your computer VRAM? Something else?
