Once people are detected there is no "People" option to select thuimbnails of each person. I have tried every suggestion to no avail. Any ideas?

Looks like from the System Info txt you have version 26.4

You need Photoshop 2025 (ps ver 26.6)

From within Photoshop go to Help>Updates

I use Creative Cloud to notify me of updates. There are no new updates and if I go to Check Updates in Photoshop there are no new updates.

I just checked Creative Cloud and Photoshop is not even listed as one of my apps even though I've been using it since the subscription version. It showed Photoshop and an Install Button. Adobe recommended that I sign out of Creative Cloud and sign back in. This fixes some problems. I did hit the download button for Photoshop. I have no idea what it actually did, but it is now up to date and the People window is now there. All fixed.

Hi @robertv47531707! Welcome to the community!

Could you share more details about the issue you're experiencing? Does this happen with every photo or just specific ones? Since you're on Windows, please make sure your graphics card drivers are fully up to date. If you haven't yet, try resetting your preferences—just make sure to back them up first, as this will wipe your workspaces, brushes, and other settings.

If none of that helps, please share a sample photo so we can try to reproduce the issue on our end, along with your System Info. You can find it in Photoshop under Help > System Info. Just copy the info to a text file and attach it to your response, or share it with us through Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another file-sharing platform.

Thanks a lot!

Alek

As I stated, everything has been tried as suggested and yes drivers are up to date. Here's a screenshot and two attached files.
