Permanently turn off these icons in PS26 on Mac

CMD+H turns them off but also turns off transform controls.  Need to turn off permanently w/o affecting other tools.

    Those icons are color samplers for the Info panel, that were manually placed using the Color Sampler tool. If you don’t need them any more, select the Color Sampler tool, and then up in the options bar, click Clear All.

     

    If you still need them but don’t want to see them, I’m not sure what the answer is other than the command View > Extras, because the color samplers don’t seem to be listed in View > Show > Show Extras Options.

    In addition, Cmd+H hides/shows whatever is enabled in View menu > Show. Check or Uncheck items there to control what Cmd+H toggles.

    Something I do when I need to remember colors is to create a palette on a temporary layer.
