Photomerge removes a square on the top and bottom of the images

I've used Photomerge for years but it is not working anymore according to PS 2024 and PS Beta. It removes a square from the top and bottom of the image even though that information is there in the original scans.

    Hey, @SonseraeLeese. Thanks for sharing the details & the description. Please ensure you're on the latest version of Photoshop 2024 v25.7 & Photoshop (beta) v25.9
