問題の影響

Photoshop が起動しない（「初期化しています…」で止まる）。

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

    この問題について、色々試した結果 以下の方法で解決できました。


    1. Adobe Creative Cloudの自動起動をOFFにする
    2. インストールしたAdobe製品を1つずつ起動し、新機能紹介アニメを最後まで流す
    3. ソフトを閉じる → PCを再起動 → また1つ起動してアニメを流す → 再起動…を繰り返す

    これを全Adobe製品でやったら、問題が解消しました。
    そこでおかしくなっても、また再起動で何とか動きました。
    同じ問題で困ってる方の参考になればと思います！

    ご返信ありがとうございます。
    その方法でPhotoshopの環境設定をリセットしましたが、残念ながら問題は解決しませんでした。

    現在、問題の原因となっているフォルダは以下のものだと特定しています：
    C:\Users\ユーザー名\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome

    このフォルダを削除するとPhotoshopは正常に起動します。
    しかし、削除してもすぐに新しく作成されてしまい、問題が再発してしまいます。

    何か他に解決策があれば、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。

    I have already tried resetting Photoshop preferences using that method, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue.

    I have identified the folder that seems to be causing the problem:
    C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome

    When I delete this folder, Photoshop starts successfully. However, the folder is immediately recreated, which causes the issue to reoccur.

    I would appreciate any further guidance or possible solutions.
