Photoshop 11 download

Hello
I lost my Windows Photoshop 11 CD, I have the installation key (and even the Mac CD!)
Could someone give me a download link for this version (multilingual)

Adobe no longer support CS4. If you bought a downloadable copy direct from Adobe then you could go into your account and choose Order History. Then click on the order to get a downloadable link. https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-downloaded-file-app.html

However , if you bought disks or bought a download from elsewhere, then there is little you can do.
