Photoshop 2019 crashed sometimes when saving or between working.

Hi, Adobe community.

I am using photoshop 2019, but sometimes when I am working on large projects e.g when multiple taps are open then sometimes it will crash and closes. It is a very frustrating saituation for me because my all work gone in one moment. Please suggest me the solution to this problem.
