Photoshop 2020 not showing templates

I recently updated and realized that the templates that Adobe Stock and Behance offered you to download directly from and into PS are not showing, not even the ones I've already downloaded.

What gives?
Was it moved?

Here's an example when I open Ilustrator 2020 it shows me options for templates I've used or downloaded.

But when I open Photoshop 2020 it only shows me sizes no templates or examples to get any.

Is there something I'm missing?

    It's frustrating... I have the exact opposite problem! It's having a major impact on my workflow... like by stopping it!

    I hope Adobe meant to do that.  Perhaps they will add a new category to the top bar Templates. You will then have:

    Recent Saved Photo Print Art & Illustration Web  Mobile Film & Video  Templates
