Photoshop 2023 - lagging coursor over interface

@CShubert I tried it with wired mouse - same problem. 

- when I want to use Nvidia shadowplay to record this lag, lag is gone but recording crashes 1-2 minutes after start. 

- only elements of interface are lagging and only when PS is as focused window (clicked on) 

- this same problem is in Adobe Premier, looks like my computer doesnt like this whole package :).

Thank you for the update @adamz19982989 did we try a wired mouse? Curious if the Older GPU setting is too much load for your system, could it be another issue for the lag, and not sure if we ruled that out with a simple wired mouse test?

@CShubertHi, this idea helped with this interface lag, is nice and smooth but it hits too much for CPU (over 80% usage in some tools) and those tools are chopy / less responsive. Even if this idea helped with interface lags I still prefer this lag over that high usage of CPU and less responsive tools. Do You have any other idea which can help with both those problems? 🙂

Hi @adamz19982989, curious what happens if you do this:

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable “Older GPU mode (pre 2016)” - Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

Hi, I'm using wireless mouse, but if that would be a problem shouldn't mouse be lagging in work are or in other apps too? Is clearly something with PS interface or interface "background".

I also wanted to make a clip with this lag so I used a nvidia shadowplay to capture the screen and when I was recording my screen this lag was gone, but when I turn off screen recording this interface lag came back 😕😕
