Photoshop 2023: Lighting Effects not working

Hi everyone, for some time now the lighting effects filter has not worked for me. I have read the solutions proposed to other users but it still doesn't work for me. I attach images.
I use photoshop with a Mac

Lighting effects uses the 3D engine which is deprecated and is being removed from Photoshop.

Adobe's advice is to use 22.2 if 3D functionality (including Lighting effects) is required. You can install that version alongside the current version

Lighting effects uses the 3D engine which is deprecated and is being removed from Photoshop.

    Can you go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info then copy/paste the details here?

    That will help determine a root cause for your issue.
